What Size Is A Basic Modle Servo?

how much thinner is a basic modle servo compared to a gti?

i presume there is only 2 types? gti/d-turbo and basic 1.1 - 1.4 etc.

 

any ideas peeps?

According to Haynes they use the same 178mm one but I thought the GTI used a 200mm for some reason.

 

The LHD GTI uses a 229mm one though for some reason.

hey sorry i mean like thickness, not diameter.

going to use it for clearence issues. hoping to get a thiner one to take the master cylinder closser to the bulck head if that makes sence?
