Fitted Gti6, Redundant Plugs

Recommended Posts

djinuk

Ok, ive fitted my gti6 engine using spikys loom that has worked a charm.

I have 3 plugs left over, one is a white plug which is the aircon, no problem.

But i still have these two plugs hanging around the throttle body area, what are these used for?

Is the blue one possibly the one that normally connects to the PAS pipe pressure sensor? If so, that's not needed for 205 conversions.

It's a spare, I always remove all these plug's from the loom, It's like you don;t need the vacume take off on the manifold, The pump provides more than enough and it means less pipes

What do you mean exactly ?

Inlet manifold ?

Yes just blank off the take off by the Map sensor, If you think Derv's run the vacume pump only and when I tested the pump for the amount of vacume it makes it's allot more than the inlet will ever do,
