Inner Cv Joint

When I turn right I get a knocking from the passanger side wheel. I know this is typicaly the cv joint but I have replaced this. Firstly could it be caused by the hub/bearing as I have a spare and could it be the inner joint to the gear box. I dont have much time to do this sort of stuff anymore so would like to fix it in one hit.

 

where can you get an inner joint from? - dealer only?

you cannot replace the inner joint, you'll have top replace the complete shaft.
