Rear Seat Belt Too Short For Baby Seat...

Hi all,

 

The rear seat belts in my 205 are too short and my babies car seat will not fit in the back. I am currently putting him in the front seat but I would prefer him in the back.

 

Is there a longer seat belt I can get to replace the current one?

hi i think some of the car seats are just to big i have a omega and and the seat belt only just goes round the car seat a[and its a britax which are ment to be good] but it wont fit in mrs corsa not tried it my 205

Its a real pain. It fits in my 1997 Vectra but it doesn't fit in the 205 or the in laws 2002 Focus. I was wondering if I could just swap the rear belt from my Vectra to the 205 or if it was possible to buy a longer belt anywhere.

if i was going to do this think i would go to the scrappy and try another pug 306? and take a tape mesure then would check once installed that it worked,then i would check again, and again

Good thinking, thanks for the advice. Think trying other pugs might be a good idea.

You need a seat belt extender...
