Constella Adapter

Has anyone used the Constella dizzy adapter for the mi16 conversion?

 

Is it any good? And are they ok to do business with?

Constella have been good for me, quick at sending parts out.

Seriously the amount of people on here will advise you NOT to use the adapter as the engine does not put out its full potential.

 

All the topic are on this website to do an MI conversion, including wiring.

I think he is using the adapter to run with carbs.

im running carbs am changing from the crappy adaptor to a proper mi16 loom, as said above gets the most out the engine how it is suppose to be done!

I've used them and they were spot on.

 

One outside edge did require slightly grinding down (around 1mm) to make it flush with some part (sorry cant remember which part exactly), but other than that it was spot on, and runs my mi on carbs perfectly.

It is correct I´m going to use carbs.

 

Would it still be foolish to use the adapter? Would I loose power wih the 8v egnition?
