Should I Use Another Headgasket?

After replacing the head on my gti6 I noticed through one of the inlet ports that a valve guide has sheared and is riding much lower on the valve. I have taken the head off again and am going to replace the valve guide. The problem is I torqued up the head bolts, but didn't run the engine so it never got warm, do I need another new head gasket or could I get away with using this one again? you cant even tell its been used.

I have with no adverse effects however this was with only one bolt fully torqued up.
