Gp A Gear Linkage Set Up

I have searched and searched for an hour or so but I cannot find anything about the gear linkage I am looking for. Its the one that replaces the original set up and has the 2 rose jointed bars that go directly through the bulkhead-I think it is only for dog boxes but I ma not 100% sure.

That's a setup that Colin Satchel does amongst a few, not limited for use with dog boxes at all.

Ok thanks can you tell me anymore about the set up?

Is it expensive, is it a 'once done its never going back' upgrade and is it worth it?

As you have said it is a rose jointed set up about £90 from demon tweeks I think.
