Roll-cage Tubing Wall Thickness

As the title, does anybody know the wall thickness of a Safety Devices cage (CDS)?

 

And how far up the rear diagonal is the harness bar on an SD cage? Halfway I guess?

I think its 2mm.

 

As for how far up they are it isn't half way, something like 1/4 or 1/3.

from the very bottom of the cage the centre of the harness bar is 15"
