G 90' Gti Miami Blue Colour

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to find a new passenger side door for my GTI and wondered if Peugeot did any other 205 models (other than the GTI- i.e. XS) this colour that I could salvage parts from?

No, special edition colour, then pug did this colour on alot more usual miami gti's, and this colour is only on GTi's.

Incorrect. You can get this colour on late model Inca's and Mardi Gras.

However there are a couple of shades of Miami blue as the paint changed from a lead based one I believe, so early cars are lighter.

I think my brother had a couple of G plate miami doors and is in Stoke so not far from you. Contact www.yorkesport.co.uk

his is a G' reg so its a ltd edition so im fairly sure the only cars painted in that lighter shade of miami where gtis with the full leather and what not... the later mardi gras would have been in the later shade of miami blue.

1991 IIRC

Ltd 205s were 89/90. If it has grey leather it will be the "lighter" miami blue

That was the later shade as they were all Ph2's.

Thanks all, it is a Ltd Edition G plate with grey leather so it must be the lighter shade.
