Running An Mi On A Facet Fuel Pump

the engine is on carbs at the moment, but we are going to try sticking a normal inlet on it, so will i be able to run the injectors off a facet fuel pump, cant quite work out which one it is, but they range from 5-7psi. in my head injectors need over 20psi but i probably made that up? can someone confirm what psi i need. cheers.

 

its a facet fuel pump and fuel regulator now so my idea was to take off the regulator and just run the fuel pump to the fuel rail......

You need 40-50psi for injectors, so the Facet will be no use.

dude, someone told you what psi injectors run at in one of your old threads

 

only reason i know this is ive been doing some searching myself as im just about getting round to fitting my carbs, the ones you wanted to buy off me a year back

yeah, but its just about ready for its MOT, dont want to go taking bits off it! and yeah mickie they probably did, but i dont remember everything people tell me!
