Can anyone tell me what readings i should be getting across the terminals on a battery both charged and dead.

Thats usefull

 

 

I've managed to dig out an old battery in the shed that reads around 11.3 and does nothing when hooked up to the car.

 

My other is charged now and reads 13.6 and works fine.

 

So all sorted.
