Rocker Gasket Question

I took the rocker off my MI16 last week to paint it as it looked crap.

 

I put it back on and now the bugger wont seal, I took it off again and checked that it was installed correctly and that the bolts were in properly and it all seems fine.

 

I just get a trickle of oil on to the exhaust manifold and it is annoying me.

 

The gasket was a new one on only about 30 miles ago.

Bit of RTV to help it seal where its leaking then clean the gasket up and the surface making sure both are dry and bit of RTV around the edge

check that you haven't overtightened it and that you've followed the tightening sequence?
