Painting The Inside

Recommended Posts

Rich_p

I want to give the inside of my track car & the cage a quick coat of paint to freshen it up.

What is going to be the best and easiest paint to use, eg least amount of prep etc too.

Can I get away with cleaning the inside and going over the top with normal rattle cans or can I use hammerite smooth for example?

Hammerite in my opinion looks s*ite, thick gloopy and horrible.

To be honest the finish you get is directly linked to the prep, crap prep equals crap job.

The easiest way to do it is with a proper compressor fed spraygun, rattle cans just don't lay down enough paint to get a decent result over a large area, they are OK for doing small bits.
