The fuel pump is simply not turning on, I remebered I removed a 10 amp fuse from one of the 4 slots I had spare on the fuseboard so stuck 10 amps in all of them. 12v straight to the fuel pump confirms that it still works as its pumping. I keep getting sparks and what appeared to be almost a flame yesterday from down where I mounted the earths on the gearbox. Its just so annoying that after I got it all working, it seems to not want to work after the engine swap.

Right, I have about 3.3V at the fuse on the fuseboard for the fuel pump.

Continuity checked from the pump to the fuseboard, then wire 76a from the fuseboard to the tachy, all fine.

When cranking I have 10.3V at the tachy on wire 76a + the orange wire thats there...

3.3v? hmm should be a lot nearer to 12v :D

try a different tachy relay or a bridge wire.

Tried the tachy relay already :$ I will try bridging 12v over there as I assume it needs to be plugged into the loom, stupidly I thought I didn't need it plugged into the loom and just put 12v straight over to it, still didnt wanna start.

I really dont want to spend much more time faffing around with it as wiring is the bain of my life, if I lived in the age of carbs id be so much happier right now! Might end up by tuesday me offering sums of money for anyone that comes to help me!
