So Rough When Cold

ive done a search and tried a few of the suggestions just wondering if anyone has any new updated suggestions on how to get her running smoothly when cold done the sparks im looking at the leads and they look really really old so they will be my next port of call i have to rev just to keep her running when cold and that cant be good for the engine
