Coil Pack

got a renault megane and its just developed a slight miss and some ones suggested the coil pack,on the car they are 4 seperate coil packs,does any one know how much they are and do i just buy one or now with one gone will the rest follow

is it phase 1 (up to 99) or phase 2 (99 to 02) or the new fat ass one?

Im not 100% on this then because Ive only dealt with phase 2 but I think the coils are the same. They are about £40 for 4 from ebay but only get the grey top ones. Black tops which you will likely have are rubbish! They have a tendancy to go in pairs so you are better off replacing all 4 at the same time.

 

If you go to Renault expect to pay £40 each!
