Torque Settings Camshaft Bearing Caps

they are allen ones. its a xu9j4z cat model.

it says 15 nm in my haynes but i think 10 is more correct.

 

anyone have the precise figures?

Having bust these before when trying to torque them I now just do them "tight" by hand.

Yes, even some professional mechanics tighten them without a torque wrench .
