Correct Alternator For 205 Dturbo 91

does anyone know which alternator i should be using for my dturbo, 50 or 70 amp??

As a general rule diesels are typically speced with higher current alternators, but I've seen 205 DTurbo's with both 50 and 70 amp alternators fitted.

 

Personally, if you can find a 70 amp then fit one, but a 50 amp should be fine if that's what you've got or what you can source.
