Alternator/fan Belt

Hi,

 

Where is the best place to buy a fan belt for a 406 2L Turbo (in 205 obviously!) 1605mm ?

 

I was reading on another thread on here that they cost a couple of quid? Yet, I believe they are about £17 from Peugeot and about the same from AEP Direct when taking delivery costs into consideration.

 

 

Any help much appreciated.

A local motor factor will have a catalogue full of them, it'll either be Vee-belt or grooved and come in various lengths.

 

 

I even got one not long since and the gave me the wrong size, I just went back and swapped it for the right one, no bother.

Cheers Baz, do you know how much they are without a trade card?

 

I've just looked at the criteria for a trade card and I think I'll struggle to get one to be honest!

Unless maybe I create a few fake receipts or somethin!
