Turbo Idle Valve

Gents, can any of you running a 2.0T engine tell me where the idle valve pipework goes from/to.

 

I know one side bypasses the throttle body to the inlet manifold, but where does the other side go to- to the boost pipe from turbo to i/c to throttle body, or to the air intake pipe to the turbo.

 

I can see pros and cons to both arrangements, remember I'm not using the turbo inlet either.
