That looks really thin? What material did you use?

in my mould I did 2 layers of Gel Coat then 2 layers of 1oz Fibre Glass so yeh it is quite thin but very strong and extremely light.........perfect!

dont suppose you will be making any more of them arches to sell on, i could well be interested.

yes mate I have the mould for these arches now so I can make them if required, I also found the very same front right arch also fits perfect to the rear left and vice versa, with a little arch extension which I am yet to mould

 

They come out perfect, I am extremely happy with them
