The Longman system is normally tailored to suit the engine, so I'd say the best choice would be a Longman manifold, limit of HP is your wallet!!

Longman don't make a manifold for the Mi16, Maniflow supply them with a generic part which is the same as I supply bar me being more cost efective

I know I'm biased but the Mi16, S16 and GTi6 engine's I;ve done with various mods the Mi's with a similar spec and the 4-2-1 manifold always make around 200bhp where the GTi6 with the std manifold is around the 190 mark as do the std 8 branch's found on the Mi's

You mean there is no increase in power when using the gti-6 manifold in stead of the 8'branch manifold?

I never use wedge's as I don;t like the idea, I would doubt there's much in it really and your better off with a GTi16 manifold is a LHD car as it's a direct fit
