Idles At 1700 When Cold

what is the cause of this does it mean there is a problem with air escaping or could it be previous owner has had a tweak with idle control? car runs and drives fine

Does it idle spot on after having warmed up!? Perhaps cleaning out the ICV might help, just remove it and drop it in a bucket of petrol then dry it out! see if that helps, it did with mine!

yeah it is spot on after warms up if i can find the ICV ill do that lol
