Best Rear Shocks For Road Use

Recommended Posts

Has anyone tried the KYB AGX front adjustables? I noticed buypartsby.com sell them quite cheap.

On the rear I liked the AVO adjustables I used to have, as they seemed to have a big range from soft to pretty hard.

I have them all round and can't fault them. I had them on my mx5 previously so stuck with them when I got another 205.

Decent range of standard-ish firmness to rock hard. I tend to have rears around 5 out of 8 and fronts 2 out of 4 and find them great for the roads round here.

KYB are a quality brand - they supply the OEM shocks for a lot of Japanese cars and bikes, and the uprated kits are very popular in the jap car scene.

The AGX adjustables were great in both the cars I've been in with them fitted (not 205s though).
