Gearbox Problem?

I think my diff might be shot. when i turn sometimes theres a clunking noise. when I reverse sometimes theres a judder and if my car is on a slight hill sometimes it wont roll back?? Does anybody know what it could be? I have changed everything bar the gearbox/diff!

a friend had a similar issue, he solved it by tightening up the gbox bolts, as they were quite loose.
