Antifreeze/coolant

hi,

 

had search on here but i couldnt find much, anyhow went to a motorfactors (unipart) and they stated there are blue/orange/red antifreeze avaiable. the differance i think is the blue is the normal stuff, orange is the 5 year stuff, red stuff i have no idea.

 

what antifreeze do you recommend for a mi16 engine (complete flush)? also how much is needed, and to what consistency wtaer to antifreeze?

Ford Premium (or Ultimate or something).

 

Its pink, 50:50 ratio (maybe 60:40 water - coolant now its comming upto summer), Lasts for 5 years, its cheap from fords. Get 4x 1 litre bottles, should be plenty
