Crankshaft Seal Part No

Anyone know the part no for the crankshaft seal on the flywheel side? I phoned GSF up but he's not sure coz they got a front seal and rear seal.

The numbers i got are -

N11712 and N11714

 

Which one is for the flywheel side?

 

I read somewhere on here but cant find it, that you dont have to strip everythin down to get box out, theres a quicker way of doing it. Any ideas?
