Advice On Intercooler For 205tt

Hi, My inlet temperature is getting a little high on my 1.9 TT engine. The standard intercooler is rather small for running higher boost, however I wish to retain standard looks and not chop up my front bumper or valance, Can anyone suggest an intercooler that will fit with the minimun of chopping and reworking of pipework ?, thanks in advance.

I had a custum one made up, so the original pipe locations could be used with out any faffing about. It is now about half the size of the rad, with better end tanks as the TT ones are quite restictive.
