Gripper Lsd - What Oil?

I have a gripper lsd in my gearbox, would Silkolene Syn5 75w-90 be a good choice of oil?

 

or just use normal gearbox oil?

Not 100% on gripper but certainly for TranX diffs just std oil as the synrco's can't cope with synth oil at all, and the diff's fine (after about 4 oil changes and a years abuse the diff's still going fine)

was going to go for fully synthetic 75w-90. sound ok?

the normal 80-90 stuff is what I've been using
