Mi16 Idle Controll ...problem With Rpm :(

I have got a problem with my mi16. The idle and revs are sometime ok but sometime to high. For example: I start my car and idle are ok, but after a few minutes the revs go for example to 2500 rpm and stay on it. Sometime rpms gos back to normal, sometimes not. When I push a throttle pedal, sometimes the rpms goes from high to normal..Sometimes not. When I ride the car and take my foot of trhottle pedal, sometimes rpms goes normal to idle, sometimes stay at 2500 - 3000 rpms. I try to chande idle control valve, trottle body position sensor click normaly. I don´n know what else Can you help me?

Can you confirm the throttle cable isn't sticking at all? I had this and it turned out to be this.

 

When it happens pull the throttle pedal back, if the rev's die down you know it's this.

Whilst the TPS may click, the contacts in the switch are probably faulty. Test with a mutimeter to ensure there is continuity at idle position, between the centre pin and one of the outside pins. The other outside pin and centre should have continuity at wide open throttle. No connections in between.

HI. I change TPS yesterday and car run perfect now. Idle rpm are back to normal.Thanks for help.
