Missing 9 Pin Plug

Recommended Posts

Guest milky_p

I am currently 2/3rds of my way through an mi16 conversion on my 1988 1.6gti and have overcome a few snags already however this 1 has me stumped.

I do not have alot of experience with 205's so may be missing something but on removing my loom I found I do not have the nine pin brown plug next to the five pin where the loom passes through the bulkhead under the steering colomb.

I require this to put in place the converted bx loom i am using for the conversion and would be greatful if anyone has any ideas

cheers, will

Have a look at the 8v loom you have removed, has it got the 9 pin plug?

If yes have another look it must be up there

If no :)

depends on what year the car is....the very first ones (86, 87) did not have the two brown plugs at all.
