Flow Bench

Hi sorry if its been covered.

 

Dose any one now haw to build a cheep!! semi accurate flow bench that you dont need a pc for?

 

Any info would be great as its for a college project and the colleges budget wont strech to a proper one. :)

 

The main use of the bench would be for checking general flow volume and also looking for good consisstancey.

 

Any info, pics,drawings,parts etc would be super.
