Bora Headlights

hi guys and girls,

i was told today that you can fit VW bora headlights onto a 205...

i dont know how true this is, i just wondered wether anyone has heard of this before?? (i searched but nothing came up)

i was told that all that you need to do is take about 5 mm out of the bonnet to get them too fit.

any thoughts?

Aaron

They dont look a million miles apart, although I suspect it will be more than a couple of minutes with a grinder to make them fit.

was on a light blue one back in the day too, but that hardly looked like a 205 it had had that much work, smoothed everywhere and on air bags or hydraulics if i remember correctly.

try looking harder on ebay, you can get proper angle eye headlight in original shape, much better

than going vw shape, its a peugeot not a vw car :)

Yeah but in none of these pictures do the lights fit properly which makes them look awful. Using another cars headlights or even the chrome 205 ones is an idea that should be lost forever along with lexus lights, neons and mahoosive spoilers!

I guess different people buy 205s for different reasons.

Personally i think the Honda Jazz headlights look great on the 205, but i agree it is down to ones personal taste :)
