How Do I Change The Rotor Arm?

Just about to do this, never done it before so wasn't sure if I could mess up the timing, any advice guys?

unscrew or unclip the cap, pull off arm, fit new arm, refit cap back in same position, job done :huh:

 

no need to disturb the plug leads and the arm only fits on one way.

I cant get mine off its stuck solid. Dont want to pull to hard just in case i damage the dizzy! Anyone got any suggestions on how to get it off?

Grow some muscles and pull lol! its just a friction fit so should come off easy, i've never had any problems and changed countless. There shouldnt be any risk of damaging the dizzy.
