hi

im running the mi16 on a 1.6 box but also running gti6 brakes.

drive shaft wise, will this work.

do the 1.9 shafts fit in the 1.6 box.

will

Yes , will do on the gearbox side but not in the hub (if you're using 1.6 hubs) :)

1.9 shafts fit in a 1.6 box yes, the difference is between the 1.6/1.9 hub/shaft splines.

That's cool. I'm using the gti6 hubs aswell.

So 1.9 shafts it is.

I thought that if you used 306 hubs you ended up with positive camber?? or am I getting confused?

No, apparently using 306 hubs on standard 205 wishbones changes the camber so its slightly positive but some have foudn this while others haven't iirc.

yes, i've got Xsara VTS hubs on mine.

 

309 driveshafts only bring it back to normal or ever so slightly more negative :lol:.

 

but i'll put an end to it with some eccentric top mounts :).
