Master Cylinder Part No's

Hi ive been going through the search on here to find out what master cylinder I need for my wilwood 4 pots and came to the conclusion I need a 406 non abs mc. But there are two on brakepart. Which one do I need? There is two. One with four ports or one with two or four ports and comes with two blanking plugs? The part number is BMC5134. Can anybody shed any light on this subject for me please. Thanks in advance.

mine came with one blanking

 

so i had 2 ports for the front and 1 for the rear
