Does A 1.9 Mi16 Exhaust Manifold Fit The 2.0 Mi16

No, the 2.0 has 10 studs, and the 1.9 has 9 iirc, they are also spaced slightly differently.

Plus the Angle of the manifold is different with the engine's being different height's

Iron block (2.0L) Mi16, S16 and GTI6 blocks are 11-12mm taller than the XU9 alloy block. This (as Miles said) is why things like the exhaust manifold angles are different.

 

This is not always an issue, however as Baz said, a different stud layout is going to stop your plans pretty quick.
