Recommended Posts

Hi all, my rear wiper arm justs rests on the glass with no pressure left in the spring. Are new ones still available or are there others that fit and functional from other makes.

'Williams' shape clio rear wiper fits a treat and looks much better than the factory Peugeot offering. Not sure what Phase the Williams was.

The clio one is from the original mark 1 shape clio. The arms tend to sell for £5 - 10. Then if it doesn't come with the proper matching blade this is about £7 from the main dealer (Non gen ones look awful fitted to the nice arm)

I bought one, it goes on and works.

BUT the wiper does not go as far onto the spline as the OE one, which was slightly disappointing.

I managed to get a standard one from a scrappy ages ago. It seems that the spring weakens with age.

Does anyone know of a Renault that had an 18" blade with the same fitment?

I like the look of the Clio arm but it sweeps a smaller area because it is 16".

pull the arm away from the glass, spray wd40 on the pivot and give it a damn good wiggle, problem solved!! (in most cases)
