S16 Cam Cover And Servo

just wondering what problems any one encounted i already have the engine fitted with about 3mm gap between the cam cover and servo i have a couple off questions in that, has any one had problems with the brake fluid being heated and is their much knocking, i have a bbm on the lower side and the engine feels very stiff although it will of course move when loaded any one.

I ground the corner of the cam cover to increase clearance (care needed - not much metal), otherwise no problems to date.
