What To Do With These Hoses?

On the ICV there is a large hose, I can't find where it goes to.

Am I right in thinking to just put a small filter on it? Arrowed yellow at the bottom of pic.

Also on the top of the ICV is a small hose, what is this? Arrowed yellow, top of pic

Thin pipe is the servo vacuum pipe which goes to the vac pump on the end of the exhaust cam and from there to the servo.

 

Thick pipe joins the ICV to the inlet rubber hose

if you're not using the standard inlet filter then yes you can just put a small filter on it like i've done here

 

 

and you can see the thin one in this pic.

I was wondering whether the thin pipe could be blocked off.
