quick update,handbrake mount strenghtend and fully seam welded in seam sealer

quite a lot ,rear arches,sills ,rear disc convesion ,cozzy brakes all round,rs turbo engine in it with cozzy managment,and some new paint :)

great work mate, nice to see someone still fitting the dimma kit. In my eye`s you cannot beat the dimma look on a 205,well worth the effort.

Lol, welding doesnt really suprise me! Nice you have used all Ford bits in the upgrade aswell. Mate of mine has a completely immaculate (its literally completely rust free and all original apart from the battery tray) Mercury Grey S2 RST with a Zetec Turbo lump in. We put the whole thing together in my workshop so ive learnt a fair bit about them (not really a Ford man myself). Never quite got it running right on the KMS but he was looking for around 300hp easily i think.

 

Um 205 looks like its coming along nicely too...! :):D

i used sikoflex for the sunroof panel,just gonna sand the edges down before paint

cheers mate,yeah it does help owning a garage,but can't always get to work on it as paying customers come first :lol:
