Been working on the engine again got all the various hoses in place, fitted the rad an trialed the ITB's to see what sort of filter i can fit in. Just got to work out where i can fit in the oil cooler now

That is a spotless build. Very impressive.

 

With the radtec rad the oil cooler fits nicely above it on the gearbox side.

modified a standard 106 power steering bracket and sprayed it to match

Been a while since last update, havent been made much progress

Chopped the dash to fit between the roll cage filled old air vent holes and flocked

Fitted my baby oil cooler, 7 row

Fitted air filter plate to throttle bodies

Fitted direct port nitrous nozzles, friend had a kit he wanted rid of seemed rude not to

Trial fitted the filter with fuel rail and injectors

 

Will try and take some more pictures of shell as suspension, wheels and bumpers are all now fitted.

Got a place in Southend to do it as im working down there at the minute. Fairly pricey but came out well

Was hoping to have it ready for Pugfest but maybe a bit optimistic. Been putting off the wiring for a while.

 

Had a break from the build as i have a new son.

They do pretty good work anyway to be honest. These were about £60 each as, it was a bit more for the polished lip

Bit of an update as havent posted any pictures for a while

 

Had hours of fun with the pipe benders making up the Nitrous manifolds.

Made up basics of loom before trial fitting in the car

Made up the rest of the loom with all other plugs etc just need to make a bracket for the coilpack wheni get a chance
