I tried this position next to the master cylinder...

works well and looks like it could have been placed there by Peugeot (it's also painted black)

I got rid of my front washer bottle, and instead I'm using my rear washer bottle with a tube running from the rear to the front of the car. Only needed a simple wiring mod, and it could easily go back to standard if needed.

same, much easyer i think

I also have the rear jet blanked and running the rear bottle for the front. Seems much tidier.

So how did u guys set that up to work from the rear bottle? Did you just keep the standard wiring onto the rear washer bottle and some sort of T piece to split the hose from front to back??

i cannot quite remember whether i did switch around the wires at the fuse box or what, but it was quite a simple job. reroute the water hose from rear all the way to the front. iirc there is a small hole on the driver side which serve the hose perfectly or you may drill a small hole to serve it.

what ive done is moddified the rear washer bottle thats sits in the drivers side rear quater to squirt the front, as ive smoohed the rear boot lit. all thats needed is a few meters of washer pipe and to swap the connectors on the stalk. that way you can completly remove the bottle from the front.

Same as me just swap over the wiring on the wiper stalk, run some washer hose along the roof through the convenietly placed holes and your left with a nice empty space in the engine bay for a bigger filter :)

I removed the stalk, joined wires 87 (from green 3 pin plug) and 87M (from brown multiplug) together and re fitted it to the brown multplug, works a treat oh and ran the tube from the bottle along the drivers side of the car and through a hole behind the drivers cubby hole

Car is a Kreg GRDT if that makes any difference :)

The wires were the other way round - 87M on green 3 pin and 87 on the brown muliplug and refit to brown multiplug B) (cant figure out how to edit original post) :)

rally x 205s dont have washer bottle there or dont have one, But you can run a much larger air filter or longer anyway if your running standard injection,
