Engine Differences

could somebody please tell me what the differences are in the engines for the 1.6 gti and the 1.6 carb, and i dont mean ones got injection and ones got carbs!!!

 

as in bhp, valve sizes port sizes

 

or are the just they same engine???

got a feeling the 1.6 carb is in the TU series of engines where as the 1.6 gti is XU...

 

as for the particular differences, i'm not sure!

The only Carb engine in a 205 was the Auto and off the top of my head was around 90bhp, The same engine was in the 405 and 309, The head is different in the terms of inlet ports but no idea on Valve sizes
